Today’s exercise for toning Castle Coop abdominals:
Lie on your back, with your hands and forearms supporting your lower back.
Raise one knee towards your chest while the other hovers just above the ground.
Cycle the legs to switch sides. Repeat fluidly.
Beginner: 2 x 10 reps or 30 seconds
Intermediate: 3 x 10 reps or 45 seconds
Advanced: 3 x 15 reps or 1 minute
